Choosing Your Options
Most Sixth Form students study three A Level subjects from a wide choice of subjects. Class sizes in the Sixth Form are small which enables students to benefit from the personal support of their teachers.
EPQ
Many Sixth Formers also undertake an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) in an area of particular interest. An EPQ is valued by universities as it shows a student’s determination, ability to work independently and conduct research; all skills essential during undergraduate study.
An EPQ should look beyond A Level subjects. This means each project takes many different forms, allowing students to expand their interests, learn new skills and broaden their intellectual horizons.
