Visiting PHC & Virtual Open Events
Visiting Princess Helena College
On Monday 4 January the Government announced that schools in England will switch to online learning, except for vulnerable and key worker children for at least 6 weeks. During this time, we will be unable to welcome visitors to PHC in person. We will be closely monitoring the guidelines from the Department of Education; this page will be updated with further information when it is safe for us to once again welcome to visitors to PHC.
Mrs Melanie Harper, Registrar, will be in touch with families who had already arranged a visit for January and February.
If you would like to be added to the wait list for a visit please fill out the form below.
Choosing a secondary school for your son or daughter is an incredibly important decision, which is currently more difficult than usual with the absence of face to face visits. As a small independent school, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding individual attention to our students and believe that this same principle should be applied to prospective families.
As a result, this spring we are offering personalised virtual tours and meetings. Meet virtually with Head of School, Mrs Sarah Davis for a tour of the school and then have a one to one conversation with Mrs Davis where you and your child can ask any questions you may have and find out more about the opportunities on offer at PHC. After you have met with Mrs Davis, the admissions team will create a bespoke information pack full of useful information from the PHC community.
In addition, we are offering a number of webinars throughout the Spring Term which will give you the opportunity to hear directly from the Head, Mrs Sarah Davis or members of the Senior Management Team and current students. Dates to be announced shortly, please check back.
