Year 9 Identity Project

/ Categories: General

Year 9 were asked to look at identity for their extended homework project this term and create an identity booklet. Their responses were incredibly personal and thoughtful, they were able to express their identity in a range of creative and inspiring ways.

We are delighted to share some examples of their work with you, including this poem written by Vincent in Year 9 who joined PHC this term.

‘I am…’

‘Some say quirky (search: weird)

Some say happy (search: advantageous)

I am both and more;

A lad from ‘up north’

An immigrant ‘down south’

Will I like it?

Will they like me?

Year 9 PHC

Has been amazing and is certainly

The place for me!’
